Application Technologist - Dairy & Alternate Dairy - Your future position?

**In this exciting role your main responsibilities include**:
Flavour and Functional & Nutritional ingredients Application

Knowledge sharing and expertise
Establish relationships with customers
Data maintenance
Maintain the flavour performance data for the flavour portfolio through evaluation in finished product and capture of profiles

Environmental Health & Safety
Maintain a safe, clean and organized lab environment observing EH&S policies and hold others ac-countable for following these guidelines

**Your professional profile includes**:
College/University Degree or equivalent, with major in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Nu-trition
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Dairy and Food manufacturing process/relevant experience.
Having plant based dairy experience is a value added advantage.
Good written and verbal command of English
Experience with flavour reactions and interactions in food products and the ability to recommend flavor modifications
Project management skills with an ability to lead customer projects including customer visits.
Ability to translate market trends into innovative products for key customers
