**Responsibilities**:

- **END TO END RECRUITMENT**: Owning the desk and perform end to end recruitment process which involves sourcing, screening, through to post-placement follow up. Deliver consistent and high-quality work throughout the entire recruitment process.
- **REQUIREMENT GATHERING**: Perform detailed brief with the client/hiring team to understand the job requirements
- **BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT**:Identifying additional/potential business with existing clients whilst identify and actively develop new clients.
- **PROJECTS**: Deliver to ad hoc project based on business needs
- **TOOLS**: Utilize dashboards, ATS and platforms to perform daily tasks

**What you have to offer**:

- It is mandatory to have experience in technical recruitment/hiring
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Software engineering and architecture
- Information Security
- Infrastructure (Storage, Networking, Database and etc)
- Data Science, analytics, and engineering
- Cloud/Devops
- Technical analyst/consultant
- IT Operations
- IT Sales
- Experience performing different recruitment strategies, sourcing methodologies and Boolean searches
- Experience with any ATS platforms (eg. iCims, Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo)
- Strong ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)
- Agile by nature, solution-driven, and multitasking your preferred working style
- Experience working in a data-driven recruiting environment with the ability to track and understand key metrics (conversion rates, etc) Ability to identify and actively develop clients

Prior experience in customer service would be added advantage
