Mathematics Teacher

We are currently looking for highly-passionate, committed and responsible Math Teacher(s) who are familiar with the Singapore Mathematics Syllabus to implement an MOE-aligned Edtech curriculum that encourages children from 5 to 12 years old to fulfill their academic potential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons, promoting the general progress and well-being of students
- Create an online classroom culture that is welcoming and positive
- Utilize a wide variety of teaching methods to create differentiated opportunities for deep understanding for all learners
- Drive outstanding student achievement for all students in your classroom
- Establish and maintain good relationships with students and parents.\
- Provide regular updates to parents on students’ performance and progress.
- Assess, record and report on development and progress of students
- Attend and participate in curriculum meetings and trainings
- Commit to a 4 weekday, 1 weekend work schedule

**We would love for you to have**:

- A recognized Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably with a specialization in Education
- At least 1-2 years of relevant professional teaching experience
- Exceptional verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities
- A creative, positive, and energetic attitude
- A commitment to continual improvement
- Ability to engage and motivate students in a virtual learning environment
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital educational tools

**As you will be working from home, you will be required to have**:

- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for conducting online classes
- A well-lit, distraction-free environment from which to conduct your lessons
- A personal computer with a built-in or separate webcam
- Good quality headphones for smooth delivery of classes
