Accounting Officer

**Responsibilities**:
- Handle full set of accounts
- Review AP, AL entries
- Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Finance Department
- Assist in cash flow management
- Review and approve the AP payments and staff reimbursements
- Update records of account receivables.
- Prepare timely monthly management reports
- Review quarterly GST filing preparation and file GST
- Liaison with external auditor on annual audit
- Assist in preparation for GST return, corporate income tax return
- Assist in administrative typing, data entry, printing filling & etc
- Keeping track of payment/invoice.
- Follow up of customer inquiry
- Assist in General Office Administration and Provide support to HR and Admin Department
- Payroll administration (include monthly submission of CPF, SDL, funds), tax clearance IR21, IR8A
- Administer staff benefits and welfare
- Hiring and Recruitment (when necessary)
- Familiar with WPOL, EPOL submissionLiaison with insurance agent for WICA insurance and other insurance matters.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Related field with relevant work experience
- 2 to 3 years of working experience in related field
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Proficient with MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, 365 Business Central is preferred
- Self-motivated, energetic and result oriented
- Independent, meticulous, analytical and hands on
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Team-player
- Good communications skills
