**ROLE SUMMARY**

This challenging opportunity will be supporting the Order to Cash IT Team, under the Enterprise Process Management (EPM) Department.

The primary purpose of this role Senior Specialist Order to Cash will be a change agent for the for the order-to-cash process via partnership with internal and external parties on the design development implementation and governance of global processes. The Order-to-Cash Senior Specialist will lead and execute key projects and change initiatives within order management, billing, E-commerce, digitization in the order-to-cash area.

This position is responsible for ownership of the end to end order to cash process.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

**Product/Business Analyst -Order to Cash-SD, IT Account Management**
- Can participate in extensive and complex integration and transformation of Animal Health newly acquired companies into the AHIT platforms and processes.
- Accounts and manages for the demands per region and specific area e.g. pricing and rebates and discusses this with the respective Global process Team member or Regional Commercial IT leads/members. Assoc Director aligns and confirms feasibility of the requests/demands as to functionality, resources, and lead time delivery of the solution.
- Collaborates with other Global and regional commercial and other business partners to develop and implement best practice processes, innovations and IT solutions relevant to the scope of this role.
- Is constantly aligning with the OTC Director as regards to the Global IT portfolio and objectives, team’s project and initiatives list as regards to strategy, solutioning and delivery of the required projects and initiatives.

**WHAT YOU MUST HAVE**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- This position **requires** a driven individual who has passion in technology, with a configuration skills and ability to implement without supervision the sales and distribution component of SAP. To ensure success, your deep knowledge in SAP SD module and the experience in at least one full cycle implementation, project training and change management experience are valuable and will be required.
- Your hands on configuration experience coupled with technical knowledge in other SAP solutions such as Variant Configuration, BI, BW and middleware or EDI will be an advantage. You will be expected to work with very mínimal supervision and will be expected to carry an assignment on your own or together with the other functional project team members and business counterparts.
- Professionally we require a university graduate or any of its equivalent in the logistics and sales, marketing and or Business administration. SAP certification is an advantage but not required.
- This position requires strong communication skills both in writing and verbal, together with ability to lead with drive, passion and ambition.

**Education, Experience & Competencies**

Education & Experience Level:

- Education: BSc or Business administration Degree, or equivalent with relevant experience in Logistics, Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering, Math, or equivalent experience.
