Businesss Development

Assist Managing Director in Merger and Acquisition (M&A), Fund-raising activities.
- Assist in business negotiations.
- Assist in research on potential new markets and Health & Wellness related businesses to break into.
- Work with internal cross-functional team to develop and monitor overseas subsidiaries, and other business development.
- Analyzing and evaluating monthly financial statements, developing financial model and valuation.
- Managing the buy/sell-side due diligence exercises, preparing information memorandum and investment opportunities.
- Drive deals from inception to close, perform market analysis, support deal negotiations and coordinate across all departments to finalize transaction agreements
- Work with our corporate lawyers to prepare various legal documents such as LOI, MOU, Term sheet, shareholders’ agreement, share purchase agreement, etc.
- This role will involve liaisons with consultants, overseas colleagues and business partners.

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder (preferably in business or technical field with financial knowledge)
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Extremely fluent in the English language (written & oral)
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- A confident individual with good diplomatic and business partnering skills
- An independent worker who is capable of making far-sighted decisions
- Proactive and resourceful
- Able to travel abroad on short trips
