**About the Role - Curriculum Developer (Founding Team)**
As part of our pioneering **Research & Development team**, you will:

- Collaborate with our Curriculum Head to design and enhance teaching materials, worksheets, and assessments.
- Develop innovative, student-friendly approaches to teaching key Math concepts.
- Lead engaging weekly group classes and uphold a high standard of teaching and learning.
- Contribute ideas on curriculum, marketing, and business strategies to grow the Sirius brand.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience, ideally with a strong focus on **Primary and Secondary school Mathematics**.
- Solid knowledge of the **PSLE and GCE O-Level/SEC Math syllabus**.
- Strong skills in crafting effective and engaging teaching materials.
- A team player with energy, ideas, and a passion for education.
- **Must be available to work on weekends.**

**Working Schedule**:

- **Monday & Tuesday**: Off
- **Wednesday**: 1:00pm - 8:30pm
- **Thursday**: 12:30pm - 8:00pm
- **Friday**: 1:00pm - 9:00pm
- **Saturday & Sunday**: 8:45am - 6:30pm
