Since October 2011, **Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities (**THK**MC)** was incorporated as a charity with an IPC status to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large.

**THK**MC provides assistance to the various groups in our community through more than 60 programmes and services for the **elderly and the sick**, **families**, **persons with disabilities**, and **children. **We help anyone in need with full respect to their race, colour, creed, language, culture and religion. DESIGNATION : Administration Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Administrative Assistant will work in a centre comprising of allied health professionals namely, speech and language, occupational and physio-therapists, administration, finance and other support staff.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:
**Reception Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests when they arrive at the centre
- Answer, screen and direct calls to the relevant personnel
- Provide information regarding the centre services to incoming inquiries
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Receive, sort and distribute mails and deliveries
- Maintain good housekeeping and ensure reception area is clean and tidy

**General Administrative Duties**
- Provide support to Therapists for scheduling of appointments with clients
- Collect, record payment from clients and ensure proper book-keeping of receipts
- Monitor office supplies such as stationery, keep inventory of stock and assist to acquire quotations and raise purchase requisitions for supplies
- Make meeting arrangements, prepare and update records of office expenses and ensure proper filing system
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Centre Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

**Requirements**:

- Working knowledge of office equipment such as printers
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good time management and able to prioritise
- Attention to detail and able to multi task
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
