**The Job**

THE OPPORTUNITY

Join the management team at a fledgling startup and work at the intersection of AI, clinical and digital health to impact millions of lives globally. As an early employee, this is a unique opportunity to begin in a consulting role which progresses to full-time at our upcoming funding round.

THE ROLE

In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI-focused wellbeing products by working closely with the CEO and CTO, as well as cross-functional teams to ensure our products align with the field of psychological practice and policies.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced psychologist with a strong background (or interest) in digital product development to combine their expertise with cutting-edge technology in an onsite, fast-paced startup environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the process of engaging our expert panel to obtain recommendations and validation for the clinical relevance, accuracy, and usability of AI models and tools to benefit our users.
- Collaborate with the product and technical teams to define product requirements, features, and roadmaps.
- Ensure our solutions meet high safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Partner with product and research teams to align product development with market needs and customer feedback.
- Work closely with the GTM team to translate clinical insights into impactful product solutions.
- Work alongside the CEO and CTO for clinical insights on medical trends, technologies, and challenges.
- Min. 5 years as a psychologist with clinical operations experience.
- Proven ability to translate clinical needs into product specifications.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and FDA guidelines.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
