As the Director of Talent Acquisition for our product and engineering groups, you will be responsible for driving key initiatives in the Talent Acquisition space as well as being a thought leader to our existing team members. You will work with the leaders across our product and engineering groups to improve how we attract and acquire talent globally.

- You are a great multi-tasker: with the ability to manage multiple job requisitions at once and be a inspirational leader
- You are a do-er: no task is too big or small, you are ready to help a business find the best people

**You have**:

- 10+ years experience in a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment role, 5+ in a leadership role
- 4+ years experience working for high growth international tech organizations
- Experience leading a high performance team working across different time zones
- Exceptional business acumen and ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders and external partners
- Demonstrable experience in Talent Acquisition across engineering, product and design
- Some exposure to Human Resources activities (such as contract creation, benefits management, compensation benchmarking and payroll) is an advantage
- Experience in driving Employer Branding Initiatives would be a plus
