**Opportunities**

We have an opportunity to work in our Human Resource Services organization within the support team. You will be working on backend support programs that will build your expertise in the HR area.

**Projects**
- Workforce Administration Process Enhancement
- Global employee data governance processes including electronic documentations

**Responsibilities/Tasks**

1. Provides support in the implementation and management of Human Resources projects and initiatives.

2. Assists in identifying improvement opportunities to Human Resources workflows and processes.

3. Provide direct support to employees during implementation of HR services, policies and programs

4. Executes Tier 2 employee lifecycle change processes, including: new hire, transfer and termination processes that are semi-routine in nature

5. Understands HRS processes on a fundamental level and is able to follow straightforward procedures and escalates as appropriate

6. Recognizes and provides solutions to employee questions

**Qualifications**
- Degree / Polytechnic Diploma / ITE Certification in HR Relevant studies
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Effective oral and written management communication skills
