1. Assist Head, MA & Corp Cards to manage the Corp Card team for day to day arising
matters
2. Managed relationship with RSME, BB & GB to cross sell Corp Cards.
3. Managed internal processes with RC, RCDA, CMS to the issuance of Corp Cards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To assist Head, Merchant Acquiring & Commercial Card team to achieve the team’s KPIs.
- Establish new business partnership recommended by Card Scheme
- Grow the Corp Card billings and customer base
- Assist Head, Merchant Acquiring & Corp Cards to liaise with internal stakeholders on Corp Card related matters
- Help manage the Corp Card team and track the progress after the implementation of business strategies
- Work closely with Head, Merchant Acquiring and Corp Card to establish new partnership with new service provider recommended by Card Scheme
- Work closely with RSME, BB & GB to cross sell Corp Cards
- To ensure deliverables and reporting are submitted before due date
- To work closely with RC, RCDA, CMS, HO on the processes and reports submission structure.

4. Excellent verbal and written skills.
5. Willingness to roll up sleeve and do whatever necessary to help the team.
6. Good knowledge in Corp Card business and product propositions.
7. Innovation driven with the latest payment trends to champion ideas and new way of
doing things.
8. Experience in cross-functional collaboration with other line of business to cross sell
the bank’s products and services.
9. Deep entrenchment in the local market competitive landscape for knowledge transfer
if we can be a “fast follower”
