Main Responsibilities:

- Welcome and receive customers that come through walk-in, phone call or online reservations as they come into the café
- Settle customers down into their seats, take orders and generate bills
- Provide quality customer service with warm hospitality and proactive introduction of café menu
- Answer any queries through the phone, online or face to face in a polite and cheerful manner
- Ensure FOH area is cleaned and presentable after every customer and at the start and end of every day
- Serve and pack warm foods to clients in an effective manner and in strict accordance with the orders of such clients
- Assist kitchen staff and outdoor delivery staff where such assistance is required
- Assist with operations and opening and closing duties when needed
- Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by reporting officer

Job Requirements:

- At least 1 year’s experience in F&B industry
- A cheerful personality
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, eve and public holidays
- Required to stand for long hours
- Ability to carry out required tasks in an accurate manner and maintain composure during peak hours
- Willing to understand the menu and gain good knowledge to direct customers on how to make their choices from the menu
