- Manage the company's budget, cash flow, and financial forecasting
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis for potential investments and projects
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Stay updated with industry trends and changes in financial regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met and maintained
- Implement and monitor internal controls to minimize financial risks
- Manage and guide the finance team to ensure their professional growth and developmentRequirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of financial processes, procedures, and regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in managing a team and working collaboratively
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability
