**Mission**:

- Provide support to the marketing activities in FX and PM for Wealth Management in Asia and global offices.
- Develop derivative-based expertise and advisory proposition for the Wealth Management business.
- Become the recognizable product specialist for the front and support marketing efforts to clients with the view of adding value to their portfolio.
- Contribute to the growth of transactional activities and traction; with systematic screening for opportunities; development of tools, education and marketing materials.

**Your role**:

- Conduct education and marketing of derivative-based solutions, create and market implementable investment ideas in derivative and structured notes, in cooperation with agency trading team
- Support the development of the derivatives-based solutions offering, in partnership with the product management team.
- Create and distribute timely investment advice in line with the house view and taking advantage of prevailing market conditions and theme.
- Support ad-hoc inquiries and provide bespoke solutions and marketing support to the front office teams (Relationship Managers and Investment Specialists).
- Analyze business books for opportunities.
- Pro-active engagement with clients who have signed FX expert mandates.
- Establish strong partnerships with Investment Specialists and Relationship Managers.
- Provide support for regional investment agendas and marketing efforts.
- Partner with Investment Platform team to ensure overall coherence of the advisory proposition.
- Maintain a strong compliance culture with all relevant local laws, regulatory requirements, in-house directives and procedures.

**Your profile**:

- Graduate degree in Economics, Business, Finance. Post-graduate degree such as a Master’s degree, MBA, CIIA or CFA a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as structured product expert, with exposure in asset class such as FX and Equity.
- Excellent understanding of financial markets, technical and macro drivers, able to follow market news flow and react in a timely and proactive manner.
- Highly proactive, result-oriented and business focused.
- Solid communication (verbal and written), public speaking, presentation skills and ability to articulate a short but convincing pitch.
- Strong team player.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese a plus.
