**About The Role**

You will be part of the Operations & Logistics team, providing operational support to overseeing the shipping process, as well as supporting the team on the smooth processing of orders and delivery related matters.

**What You Will Do**
- Responsible of full spectrum of shipping process
- Checking of shipping documents e.g. (B/L Commercial Invoice, Packing List, etc.)
- Manage communication with Carriers / Airlines / Suppliers / Freight Forwarders
- Coordinate closely with suppliers and forwarders to ensure on time shipment.
- Organize monthly consolidation shipment from overseas warehouses to Singapore based on committed orders.
- Provide precise communication with internal stakeholders on order status and shipment arrival dates.
- Order Processing for incoming stocks on duty paid / duty unpaid stocks.
- Monitor payment to suppliers.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-3 year of related Freight Forwarding experience preferred.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good command of English.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt well in fast-paced environment.
- Detail oriented and able to handle multi-task.
- Pleasant personality with positive attitude.
- Demonstrates strong sense of initiative with the ability to work independently and as a team player with positive attitude.
