Report to the Project Manager & Project Director
- Liaise and assist the Authority’s Community Partnership Sub-Group (CPN), represented by MCPN and Corporate Communications Group (CCG) Media Relations Division on all press and public relations matters, including stakeholder engagement and management in connection with the Contract.
- Work together with your team to handle project public relation issues and serves as primary contact point of information flow between Head Office and site.
- Proactively initiate and take charge of all public and stakeholder engagement, outreach activities and education events, such as face-to-face dialogue sessions, exhibitions, roadshows, in connection to the Contract.
- Duties include maintaining relationship and communicating project activities to project site neighbourhood, attending and resolving complaints from external parties.
- Work closely with the Engineer, contractors and take proactive measures in resolving all complaints arising from the construction activities
- Participate in project's meeting, record minutes of meetings pertaining to the assigned project, write reports and prepare presentation slides
- Maintain records of all PR related cases, communications and correspondences
- Plan and execute a public relations and stakeholder engagement programme in tandem with the progress of the works after obtaining clearance from the Engineer and MCPN.
- Any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your superior / management deem fit such as managing hotline
- work together with senior admin manager/HR on all related manpower issues, payroll, staff and workers benefits, organising site events, site office opreations and logistic, ect.

Requirements:
**Minimum 8 years of working experience as Senior Public Relations Office for LTA / MRT projects**

Proven records of past experience in similar capacity

Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with people of different levels

5.5 days / week with alternate Saturdays

Able to start work within 2 weeks after job offer will have an added advantage

Salary will commensurate with experience

Salary Range : $5000 - $8500
