Job Scope:

- Supporting the overall planning activities for the production shopfloor to fulfill production schedule in the manufacturing line ensuring smooth business operations within department guidelines and corporate policies.
- Plan and prioritizing operations to optimize orders in accordance with demand and available resources to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
- Prepare production schedule and prioritizes job-orders. Generate and release job orders to the shopfloor based on production schedule.
- Coordinate production workflow for multiple products, including planning and tracking of priority prototypes to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Plan and manage production schedules for respective products according to product cycle time and plant capacity to meet planned manufacturing complete date and customer request date.
- Monitor work centres to ensure they are on schedule and address any issues with respective work centres owners. Assists and coordinates the review of finished Production Orders at these work centres and ensures timely and accurate update.
- Daily update and review the production and material status. Ensure that the surplus materials and offcuts are utilized.
- Support Plant warehouse and inventory control management and liaise with Customer Service for product movement control and customer purchase order and daily delivery on time.
- Support Production and Packaging Logistic daily operation requirement and annual stock check with Accounting.
- Closely coordinate with Procurement on the required raw materials and hardware to ensure onschedule manufacturing starts.
- Ensure that all quality obstacles are cleared to allow production
- Responsible for generating and implementing of procedures for all planning related such as
- Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions. Ensure production operation meet the company’s quality policy and objective and comply to customer requirement.
- Support and coordinates with production for the prototype samples run slot in.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/ Diploma in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering/ Logistics/ Supply Chain Management
- 1 year of working experience in the manufacturing industry
