**Requirements:
We are looking for an investment analyst to evaluate investment opportunities.

Primary roles include:
Research;
Analysing financial data;
Portfolio Management;
Reporting and recommending potential investment to senior management.

**Responsibilities:
Research and analysis: Gathering relevant financial information, economic data, market trends, and industry developments to evaluate potential investment opportunities. This involves studying company financial statements, analyzing market conditions, and assessing the overall economic climate;

Financial modeling and forecasting: Using financial models and statistical techniques to analyze investment options and forecast potential returns. This involves assessing risk factors, conducting sensitivity analyses, and projecting future financial performance;

Due diligence: Conducting thorough investigations and due diligence on potential investments, including reviewing legal documents, company contracts, and regulatory compliance. This helps identify any potential risks or issues associated with the investment;

Investment recommendations: Presenting investment proposals and recommendations to clients or senior management based on research findings and analysis. This includes preparing reports, investment memos, and presentations to articulate the rationale behind investment decisions;

Portfolio management: Monitoring and evaluating the performance of existing investments within a portfolio. This involves conducting regular reviews, assessing risk exposures, and recommending adjustments to optimize the portfolio's performance.

Market monitoring: Keeping abreast of market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes that may impact investment decisions. This involves staying informed about industry news, attending conferences or seminars, and using various research tools and databases;

Compliance and regulation: Ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in investment activities. Investment analysts need to stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to maintain compliance.
