**Job Functions & Summary**:
Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the Sustainability Executive is to help lead, define, and implement strategies to support all sustainability initiatives in the organization. Reducing the carbon footprint, an overall reduction in the use of limited natural resources including power, water, building material, etc. The Sustainability Executive will work with a cross-functional team to develop the Company’s sustainability strategy and work with external consultants to report sustainability KPIs and use them to drive improvement to these metrics.

**Job Roles & Responsibilities**
- Driving the integration of sustainability best practices into business operations. Leads and drives awareness campaigns for green initiatives, environmental and water management programs.
- Develop and manage Reduce, Reuse and Recycle strategies and programs.
- Coordinating sustainability outreach and partnership programs with internal, external stakeholders and appointed ESG consultants.
- Work closely with consultants to ensure compliance for ESG accreditations.
- Preparation of annual sustainability report in accordance with government standards.
- Tracking and compiling ESG performance data for business operations.
- Carrying out ESG data analysis and making recommendations to management for further improvement of performance.
- Coordinating and facilitating assurance process on sustainability initiatives.
- Supporting sustainability training of employees across all organizational levels within the company.
- Researching global and local sustainability practices and trends.
- Supporting both internal and external sustainability communications within the business operations.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/degree in environmental studies, business, science, sustainability
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in the area of sustainability, from the development of program and implementation
- Passionate about driving sustainability integration in the business
- Well-versed with sustainability data management system
- Data analytical skills will be an added advantage
- Proactive and solution-oriented, friendly with assertive and personable nature
- Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently
- Experience in using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to work under pressure and meet set timelines;
- Proactive and solution-oriented, friendly with assertive and personable nature;
- Meticulous, independent, hardworking, and willing to learn;
- Manage reporting requirements appropriate for the management;
- Contribute to achieving financial and other targets established;
- Achieve KPI and SLA targets;
- Meet Standards and audit requirements.
