**Job Duties**:

- Provide office support by addressing customer inquiries related to site services/enquiries.
- Manage office administration tasks such as purchasing office equipment and consumables, coordinating courier services, and other related duties.
- Assist in documentation tasks, including the preparation of tender documents and handling invoices.
- Compile and consolidate regular reports / data analysis for meetings.
- Undertake other assigned duties as directed by management.
- Support Procurement administration as follows:

- Raise Purchase Order, follow up on approval
- Process invoices, co-ordinate and follow up on vendors submission
- Ensure all PO/Invoices are recorded into finance share point.
- Input period of license agreement and contract agreement
- Check invoices submitted and approve Invoice Register
- Assist vendor to upload invoices and supporting documents to Vendor Café
- Support other administration functions related to Leasing and Marcom
- Coordination role:

- Follow up with tenants on document submissions (eg service reports etc)
- Follow up with Finance on payment issues.
- Assist Finance to clear outstanding invoices (Bank reconcile)
- Ensure receipt of invoices/ documents where needed (eg Tuas Power, authorities etc)
- Ensure POs are GRN and/or cleared (eg cancel) in system
- Check Permit To Work (PTW) documents send by contractor, send to MCST for approval.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE “O” Level
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Computer literate and proficiency in MS Office
- Good communications skills
- Pleasant personality and service-oriented
- Must be a team player and also be able to work independently with minimum supervision while demonstrating attention to detail.
