**JOB DESCRIPTION - STUDIO TECH SUPPORT**

Since we are involved in various events whether is online or offline that requires tech supports and setups etc, this role as a **Studio Tech Support** is of utmost importance as they are responsible for expertly setting up the studio or virtual set designs for green screen production, meticulously configuring cameras, lighting, and audio systems, all aimed at facilitating live stream events. A Studio Tech Support will also ensure seamless execution throughout the entire events process, leaving mínimal to no room for interruptions or errors, whilst maintaining smooth operations between sets at all times.

**Salary**: SGD2,500.00 - SDG3,500.00 a month

**Contract Type**: Full-time

**Experience**:At Least 2 years experience required in relevant industries and scope of work. No preference in race or gender, must be fluent in English.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Involved in equipment setup such as camera, lighting, and audio setup for online or offline live stream broadcasts to ensure high-quality video and audio output.
- Create virtual set designs for green screen productions, ensuring realistic and visually appealing backgrounds according to Company’s standard.
- Collaborate with the creative teams to design and set up studio sets for Social Media content productions.
- Ensuring all technical equipment setup is done accordingly to make sure of smooth technical operations during events.
- Be proactive and alert when it comes to monitoring and troubleshooting technical issues during live broadcasts or events.
- Always be prepared and to have a backup plan, if in the event there is a technical interruption that could not be foreseen.
- Always keep up to date in terms of the changes and innovations of technology trends that relates to broadcasting and event management.

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Has experience and exposure in the studio or live stream environments.
- Proficient in studio set design, virtual set design, camera operation, lighting setup, and audio configurations.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge in terms of setting up stream deck, OBS, and Zoom for live stream management.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to address technical issues during live broadcasts and events
- Ability to always have a strategic backup plan if encountering interruptions during live events.
- Have strong passion towards technologies handling in the broadcasting and live events.
