**Job

**Responsibilities**:
**Organise and implement Career Development Events for Students and Alumni**
- Organise and Implement Career workshops and webinars
- Create relevant workshop content
- Deliver workshops/webinars for all in-house curated content
- Source for required participation of industry partners and speakers, where necessary.

**Develop and Plan Career Services & Engagement initiatives**
- Organise and Implement Career workshops and webinars
- Conduct orientation sessions for new students
- Create publicity of such activities through online and printed media
- Manage budget resources
- Provide required statistics and report

**Manage career related content in PSBA website, Career Portal and online newsletters**
- Review website content on career services and update regularly
- Update and manage the career newsletters for students and alumni
- Keep employers informed of updates and information
- Manage the Career Portal and liaison with vendor

**Develop Industry/Alumni Engagement initiatives**
- Oversee the operations for Industry Engagement.
- Manage the budget resources.
- Provide required statistics and reports.
- Ensure all collaterals and PSB Academy webpage are updated with industry, engagement initiatives and industry partners.
- Seek potential employers and manage internships

**Explore and develop global industry/alumni engagement**
- Research and conduct feasibility studies for global placements (through third-party engagement) in Asia, for e.g. China, India and Indonesia.
- Plan and implement global industry engagement strategies.
- Review strategies and processes

**Support SSO activities in events and other initiatives**
- Support events/initiatives where required

**Others**
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time.

**Job Requirement**
- Degree in any field of studies
- 4 to 7 years of working experience
- Strong networking and organisational skills with ability to multi-task.
- Proactive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to guide a team of career coaches.
- Possess initiative and able to work independently.
- Relevant experience in the private education industry would be an advantage.
- Willing to work after 6pm and weekends where applicable
- Able to work from home when necessary
- Willing to travel to organise regional alumni engagement activities where necessary
