**Job Summary**

The Kitchen Helper supports daily bakery and kitchen operations by assisting chefs and bakers in food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining a hygienic work environment. This role is essential for ensuring smooth workflow, timely production, and compliance with food safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients such as measuring, mixing, cutting, and portioning.
- Support bakers and decorators by organizing tools, trays, and materials required for production.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including washing utensils, equipment, and work surfaces.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of raw materials and finished goods as per HACCP and SFA guidelines.
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain kitchen orderliness.
- Assist in packing, labeling, and transferring cakes and pastries to storage or dispatch areas.
- Follow all company safety and hygiene policies strictly.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Head Chef or Supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Basic experience in a commercial kitchen or bakery preferred (freshers may apply).
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately.
- Physically fit to stand for long hours and carry ingredients when needed.
- Good teamwork, punctuality, and positive attitude.
- Knowledge of basic food hygiene and safety standards is an advantage.

Pay: $1,300.00 - $1,500.00 per month
