**All the responsibilities we will trust you with**:
In this role, you will be part of the Certis strategic growth of technology business in smart building & precinct solution-based offerings. This encompasses electronic security systems, monitoring Business, and IT/OT convergence business. The Infrastructure Architect is responsible for the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions for on premise, cloud and hybrid environment.
- Design and develop infrastructure blueprints for the project systems requirement
- Documentation of architecture specification
- Perform capacity planning and sizing
- Handle third party vendors and partners for project implementation
- Handle customer enquiries and discussion
- Perform impact analysis and design modifications for change or service requests

**Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent
- 10-year plus experience working in the same or similar role
- 3-year plus experience working in Azure/AWS computing environment
- Preferably with Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Certification or AWS Certified Solution Architect.
- Technical knowledge on SAN, Load Balancer, Firewall, VM Hypervisor, Backup and Restoration, Networking and Cloud Native Stack
- Proficient in VMware virtualization suite including vSAN, able to install, design and support VMWare infrastructure.
- Proficient in enterprise backup solution. Responsible for backup and restoration strategy, performance tuning and to ensure system RPO and RTO are met.
- Good hands-on experience in AWS and Azure Cloud services including IaaS, SaaS and PaaS.
- System cyber security vulnerability and CIS compliance management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to keep abreast with industry trends and new emerging technologies to meet with tomorrow needs
- Singapore Government projects implementation and security experience/background will be an advantage
