**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Co-ordinate with other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products, collection of empty pallets, urgent request, bulky items.
- Communicate with stakeholders to address concerns and resolve delivery issues.
- Analyze the information collected to identify the cause of complaint and determine any corrective actions needed to address the issue.
- Handle deployment of drivers for assigned customers.
- Manage drivers to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate with drivers and the administrative team to provide updates on the status of feedbacks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Co-ordinate routine inspections and ensuring timely vehicle maintenance and repairs is carried out.
- Monitor driver performance through the Cartrack system and co-ordinating with the support team to address any discrepancies and ensuring accuracy of data reported.
- Perform administrative duties such as billing paperwork, preparing GRN, updating 3PL inventory and risk assessments for transportation and production etc.
- Participate in projects on licensing requirements and/or continuous improvements.
- Other tasks as and when assigned.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma or Degree or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of logistics management experience.
- Demonstrates the ability in managing staff strength of more than 20 headcounts preferred.
- Strong co-ordination and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Words and Excel.
- Good communication skills and enjoying working around people.
- Have relevant experiences in setting up SOPs and KPIs for work processes.
- Effectively bilingual in speaking and written to communicate with Mandarin speaking foreign staff.
- Motivated and willingness to always take up challenges to excel beyond current performance.
- Meticulous in work details and investigative attitude.
- Effective communicator and able to conduct professional business reporting
- Target and objective driven.

**Job Types**: Full-time

**Schedule**:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
