Register products through Health Sciences Authority
- Data entry eg. keying invoices
- Filing and sorting of documents
- Labelling of stickers
- Packing of materials/products
- Procure material supplies for company
- Liaise with vendors to return and/or exchange any defective and/or expired goods
- Assist in quarterly stock-take administrative work and generation of reports
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Fresh graduate welcomed
- Experience in beauty industry will be an advantage
- Proficient in materials management system and MS Office Applications - specifically
Excel and Word
- Team player with good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Meticulous with an eye for details and good analytical skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $3,000.00 per month
