Executive Assistant/Office Manager to our Family Office, with emphasis on daily administrative support and operational management. You will also be assisting the principal on personal lifestyle matters such as travel arrangements.

**What you offer**:

- At least 10-years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to C-suite level executive.
- Experience as an Executive Assistant in a family office or financial company is a plus.
- Experienced as an office manager, overseeing day to day office operations and managing office equipment and supplies.
- Ability to adopt a proactive approach while maintaining a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Strong organisational, planning, and multi-tasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the Principal, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling correspondence.
- Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency, maintaining supplies, and developing and implementing office policies and procedures.
- Act as a communication liaison, facilitating effective communication between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, while also serving as a gatekeeper to the Principal, protecting his time, information and exposure.
- Conduct research and gather information to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, pertaining to all personal/family and office matters.
- Provide lifestyle support to family members, including coordinating personal appointments, travel arrangements, and assisting with household management tasks.
