Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing e-commerce business in the baby gifting industry?

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Order Processing Assistant to join our team and help us efficiently process online orders for our delightful baby gift hampers.

This is a part time position where you only need to come in to the office about 4-5 hours a day.

As our business continues to expand, we need a reliable assistant to manage order processing, scheduling deliveries, and maintaining accurate accounting records.

**Salary**: $8 to $9 per hour (depending on experience and qualification)

Working location: 16 Kallang Place

**Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing**:Efficiently handle incoming online orders from multiple platforms, including our website, Shopee, and Lazada. Ensure that each order is processed promptly.
- **Hamper Assembly**:Assembling our signature baby hampers according to orders received.
- **Inventory Management**:Keep track of stock levels for gift hamper components. Notify the management when replenishment is required.
- **Quality Control**:Conduct quality checks on assembled gift hampers to maintain high standards and ensure customers receive top-notch products.
- **Delivery Scheduling**:Coordinate with our logistics partners to schedule deliveries, ensuring timely and smooth shipments to customers.
- **Accounting Support**:Assist with keying invoices into our accounting system, maintaining accurate financial records.
- **Customer Service**:Respond to customer inquiries and concerns related to order status, product inquiries, and delivery updates in a friendly and professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in e-commerce order processing, preferably in a gift or baby product-related business, is a plus.
- Basic understanding of assembling diaper cakes or similar creative projects is beneficial, but not mandatory. We will provide training if needed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and inventory management.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Knowledge of Cricut and Canva software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to handle customer inquiries and coordinate with team members and delivery partners.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for the baby gifting industry and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
