Netsuite Application Analyst

We are looking for the following position**:Netsuite Application Analyst**

A NetSuite finance support role is a position that involves providing technical and functional assistance to NetSuite users and administrators in the finance department. A NetSuite finance support specialist may have the following responsibilities:
**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite issues reported by finance users, such as errors, bugs, performance issues, or configuration problems related to accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, or compliance.
- Provide guidance and training to NetSuite finance users on how to use the system effectively and efficiently, such as creating financial reports, workflows, dashboards, forms, fields, etc.
- Document and update NetSuite finance processes, policies, and best practices, and ensure compliance with internal and external standards and regulations, such as GAAP, IFRS, SOX, etc.
- Collaborate with NetSuite developers, consultants, and project managers to implement new features, enhancements, integrations, or customizations to meet finance requirements and objectives, such as automating financial transactions, reconciling bank accounts, generating invoices, etc.
- Test and validate NetSuite finance functionality and data quality before and after system updates, upgrades, or migrations, and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and statements.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- A NetSuite certification is preferred, such as SuiteFoundation, Administrator, ERP Consultant, or SuiteCloud Developer, or the ability to obtain one within a specified time frame.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in NetSuite administration, support, or consulting, preferably in a finance-related industry or domain.
- A strong understanding of NetSuite finance functionality, features, modules and tools, such as SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, SuiteAnalytics, etc.
- A solid understanding of finance processes and accounting principles, and the ability to translate them into NetSuite solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A willingness to learn new skills, technologies, and best practices, and to keep up with NetSuite updates and changes.
