Our passion is to bring IMAPAC to greater heights and the company is going places **About the role as Conference Producer - **This is a great opportunity for someone to join the team and learn the ropes of B2B Conference Producer Youll be at the forefront of ensuring our events reach greater heights. Your research and writing of a conference agenda and overseeing the event from start to finish. You essentially act as the 'brains behind the event" **What you can offer us?**: - Conduct market research via phone and desk, before using the intelligence collected to create the most compelling comprehensive conference programme - Identify, engage and confirm C-level speakers - Driving delegate sales campaign to ensure revenue targets are met - Writing, editing and producing a world class content - Deliver memorable event and customer service on the event day Training and mentorship will be provided. **What do you need to succeed in the above role?**: - Able to travel overseas to execute conferences - Comfortable working within a small team - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills - Precise attention to detail, driven and satisfaction in producing the highest standards - Resourcefulness and hunger for new knowledge - Ability to manage the deadlines, cost and quality of projects - Strong persuasion and negotiation skills - Positive attitude, cheerful and confident personality - Resilient and determined in the face of obstacles - Relevant working experience (conference production, content writing, journalism and communication) of minimum 2 years is preferred. **Great to Have, **_please dont get disappointed if you have less than 2 year experience, you can still apply_ - If you have B2B sales experience for Conference Production. **What You Will Gain**:Visibility into the inner workings of a fast-growing conference industry - Communicating and building relationships with potential business partners, associations, and vendors - Exposure to and Experience with various production strategies **Why Join Us? **A positive work culture with colleagues is never a dull day at IMAPAC - Creating an IMAPACT itself by working with several clients and partners to bring the biopharmaceutical industry to great heights - Constantly creating a meaningful opportunity for industry partners to network in the biopharma space - Competitive remuneration, your efforts are recognized - Opportunity to travel as and when required - Hybrid working mode
