**Job brief**:
We are looking for a Communication Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for our brand over multiple online and offline communication platforms.

The job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, photos, videos, and motion graphics. You’ll be the one responsible to interact with the product and marketing teams to shape the visual aspects of digital media platforms, websites, brochures, magazines, product packaging, and any other marketing collateral.

Your creatives should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.

The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- ︎ Study design briefs and determine requirements
- ︎ Schedule project deliverables
- ︎ Create video and graphic creatives for digital media post buckets
- ︎ Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- ︎ Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- ︎ Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software i.e InDesign, Illustrator, InDesign, After effects, Premier Pro, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite or by hand
- ︎ You should be able to work in small teams and be able to take ownership of your projects
- ︎ Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic and stick to the brand guidelines
- ︎ Work with the team to produce a final design
- ︎ Test graphics across various media
- ︎ Amend designs after feedback
- ︎ Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- ︎ Attention to details is a key factor

**Requirements**:

- ︎ Proven work experience in graphic designing
- ︎ A strong portfolio of illustrations, creatives, graphics
- ︎ Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, InDesign, After effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite)
- ︎ A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- ︎ Excellent communication skills
- ︎ Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- ︎ Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field

Our team is based in Singapore and would prefer someone who is also based here, or at least in the same timezone (GMT+8).
