**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Marketing Communication:

- Drive corporate communication, deliver the association key messages through both digital and traditional channels
- Responsible for marketing and communication where drive external and internal campaign (ie. external stakeholders social media, offline campaign outreach, internal newsletters, group chat for members) to raise awareness for blockchain and emerging technology development
- Source for partnership opportunities with diferent organization, association, community group locally and APAC region
- Develop content and messaging for association’s spokespersons on media (presentation, script, briefing documents)
- Develop media materials and collaterals ie posters, banners design, infographics, content crafting, press releases drafting etc.

Event Management:

- Create and manage projects, events, and seminars to promote the association and its member companies
- Organizing MICE - Meeting, Incentive, Convention, Exhibition (i.e. virtual, physical & hybrid events) and immersive programmes (i.e. networking facilitation, excursion trip and trade mission etc
- Build excellent relationships with existing and prospective sponsors including proposal customization, presentation, contract revision and servicing, sponsor follow-up and support
- Prepare proposals, pledging appeals and appreciation letters and coordinate approved corporate CSR and community projects.
- Ensure that events executed with stakeholder, vendors with well drive attendance and post event evaluation to ensure image of association are protected

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Minimum 2-3 years experience in marketing and events
- Processes good IT skills and spoken / presentation skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage concurrent tasks efficiently
- Aptitude in project planning, creative thinking in conceptualizing marketing and events programme
- A good team player and self-starter with the ability to work independently and possess good problem-solving skills

**This is a Singapore based full time position (not remote) and is only applicable to locals.**

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
