In our dynamic, growing working environment, the Helpdesk Engineer is a key contact person supporting our Singapore regional and worldwide offices. A very hands-on, experienced engineer with a great attitude and solid, proven experiences in various internal IT fields, he will be working in an exciting IT environment together with specialists all around the globe.

**What will you do**
- Effectively manage the resolution of support issues that are efficiently reported to us, including a professional way to communicate with all stakeholders.
- Act as a technical authority, providing expertise to team members locally and globally.
- Ensure that we together surpass our customer’s expectations.
- Maintain, evolve, and operate state-of-the-art IT systems, e.g., cloud
- and on-premises servers, backup, disaster recovery, IT asset management, permission, and more.
- Operate IT infrastructure systems like Azure, Active Directory, Exchange mailboxes, DNS, group policies, domain controllers, switches, and networking technologies.
- Operate client devices running Windows, macOS, and iOS.
- Help drive the integration and automation of tasks, functions, data, and data flows within and between IT systems via configuring, scripting, or coding.

- Excellent attitude, great communication etiquette. Ability to demonstrate clear & confident communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to deal with problems and technical issues friendly and reassuringly.
- Team player with the ability to motivate and educate other team members in principles of service delivery excellence and all adjacent relevant technology topics.
- Excellent methodical problem-solving ability. A proactive thinker who encompasses the “bigger picture”.
- Self-motivated passion for IT and technology.
- BA in IT, computer science, or similar qualifications.
- Previous experience in IT support - at least one year in a junior IT role or similar.
- Coding/scripting and VMware ESXi experience is a plus.
- Proficient in English.
