IT Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Attend to customer enquiries.
- Conduct diagnostic for customer's laptop, computer or mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot, dismantle and assemble of devices. (LED screen, keyboard, hard disk, motherboard, power supply).
- Identify faulty parts and source for replacement.
- Conduct testing after repair.
- Configure products to customer specifications.
- Other ad-hoc duties.

**Requirement**:

- 1-2 years of working experience in a computer repair shop.
- Knowledge of soldering and motherboard repair will be highly preferred but not necessary.

**Working hours**:

- 10am to 8pm with 1 day OFF / week.

**Salary**: From $2,500.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary

**Education**:

- Professional Qualification (preferred)

**Experience**:

- change LED screen for laptop (preferred)
- replacing of keyboard for laptop (preferred)
- motherboard repair and soldering (preferred)
