**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and enhance functionality using Salesforce configuration tools and, where required, Apex, LWC, or Visualforce.
- Utilize Salesforce Omnistudio components (Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors) to deliver scalable solutions.
- Conduct technical analysis and contribute to the design and implementation of system integrations and customizations.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Perform thorough testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure reliability and performance.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and support to team members and business stakeholders.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve system efficiency and team effectiveness.

**Required Qualifications**

**Technical Skills**
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Omnistudio (Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors) — highly preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) or Public Sector Solutions (PSS) — strong advantage.
- Understanding of Packaged Development Estimating, Application Integration, and Software Platforms.
- Solid grasp of Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.) and Apex development.

**Certifications (At least one required)**
- Salesforce Platform App Builder
- Salesforce JavaScript Developer I
- Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Platform Developer II
- Equivalent or higher-tier Salesforce certifications also accepted.

**Soft Skills**
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proven ability to take ownership of deliverables and contribute to key technical decisions.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience with advanced Omnistudio configurations or Public Sector Solutions (PSS) modules.
- Prior experience mentoring junior developers or leading small technical teams.
