Assist in new solution system, sterilization or process related development project.
- Assist in solution system, sterilization and outsource revalidation and validation program.
- Investigate sterilisation, solution system and outsource validation and revalidation related testing and process failure.
- Investigate any solution system, sterilisation and/or outsource validation and revalidation related failure (not pertaining to Singapore site only).
- Perform microbiological test and chemical analysis if required.
- Write validation / revalidation protocols and reports pertaining to solution system, sterilisation and outsource.
- Ensure documented sterilisation procedures are provided.
- Monitor the operation of sterilisation and solution system facilities.
- Lab consumables purchase, inventory and control expenditure.
- Conduct internal calibration and/or arrange for external calibration of equipment. Maintain calibration master list if required.
- Check and ensure equipment used for sterilisation or outsource validation / revalidation have valid calibration status.
- Review Batch Manufacturing Records required for product release for JMS and outsource.
- Troubleshooting when equipment breakdown or malfunction.

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or related discipline.
- Ability to work independently and willing to perform overtime when required to support the manufacturing operations.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
- Good communication and writing skill.
- Able to support day and night shift.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,800.00 per month
