**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze existing ECC FICO configurations and align with S/4HANA best practices.
- Support the design, configuration, and testing of FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, COPA) processes.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and lead efforts to simplify or optimize processes using S/4HANA innovations (e.g., Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting).
- Assist in **data migration**, **system integration testing (SIT)**, **user acceptance testing (UAT)**, and **cutover planning**.
- Coordinate with other SAP functional consultants (MM, SD, PP) for integrated process validation.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure alignment with local statutory and global financial reporting requirements.
- Provide support for Fiori app usage and embedded analytics in S/4HANA.
- Deliver documentation, end-user training, and post-go-live hypercare support.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology.
- **5+ years of SAP FICO experience**, including **at least 1 S/4HANA migration or implementation**project.
- Deep understanding of SAP FICO processes, configuration, and integration with other modules.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
