**We will rely on you to**:
- Review broker placements to ensure they are in line with our current professional standards
- Manage assigned client portfolio for technical accounts and claims. Duties to support client base include transactional processing, follow up and securing reinsurance recoveries, collateral, and timely and accurate system entry of all assigned client activity
- Ensure assigned tasks are actioned accurately and in a timely manner ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are adhered to
- Promote, build, and maintain relationships with brokers, clients and markets
- Utilize system tools to manage all claims and technical accounts transactions and provide services in an efficient, effective, and regulatory compliant manner
- Log and process client claim notifications within strict time frame and inform markets of losses
- Review outstanding claims stats sent by markets and chase payments, review claims stats during renewals
- Create and review client documentation produced
**What you need to have**:
- Prior experience of working within a technical capacity within the reinsurance sector
- Successful management of workload; with an ability to manage expectations of clients and stakeholders
- Able to engage, influence and negotiate with clients, market contacts and colleagues in a professional manner
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
