Avp, Corporate Banking Business Support

**Responsibilities**:
- Support corporate banking officers or relationship managers (RMs) in handling administrative matters relating to corporate accounts.
- Ensures efficient and productive department workflow pertaining to administrative and operational matters of the department.
- Coordinates with product and operations/supporting departments on administrative matters.
- Support other business support colleagues where appropriate when assigned.
- Perform duties consistent as listed below but not limited to that already specified:
- Liaise with Treasury Dept to obtain/confirm FD & Loan rates / Input FD contracts into T24 system
- Servicing clients in terms of daily rollover, placement requirements (which includes rates quotation), raising contracts, coordinate fax instructions / originals, monitor due date for loans, FDs etc.
- Attend to customer queries on bank transaction, funds transfer etc.
- Account Opening / Account closing / Signatory updates
- KYC checklist - New and review
- Exceptional handling and follow up on irregular transactions
- Creation and renewal of SIA in SIA System
- Creation of SUN ID in CIF System
- Collation and submission of reports
- Maintain record book for delivery
- Liaise with BCAPD & LCAPD on KYC related matters
- Key liaison personnel with other operations departments
- Clearing of Actimize screening hits
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree with banking experience
- Minimum 1-2 years banking experience in KYC and/or business support function
- Understanding & working knowledge of regulatory requirement with regards to KYC
- and KYC documentation.
- Some basic business support skills such as liaison with customers on loan/deposit rate fixing,
- documentation etc.
- Pleasant and keen learner and a team player
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communications skills
