Assistant Baker

**Job description**:
At Chicken Pie Kitchen and Don Signature Crab, we learn and progress as a team Ranging from freshly baked chicken pies & cakes to Chilli crabs and deep-fried mantous, this is definitely a place to widen your skillset and experience. - Able to work on weekends and public holidays (6-day work week for probation months, gradually move on to 5.5 days)

- Able to start work early in the morning (7:30AM)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Head Pastry Chef in daily duties
- Daily baking preparations (measuring of ingredients, cracking eggs etc)
- Handling hot items in and out of the oven
- Cooking of pie filling
- Cake baking and cutting
- Daily cleaning of kitchen, shop dishes, and utensils

Salary range from $9 to $13 - based on experience

**Salary**: $1,888.00 - $2,688.00 per month
