**The Role
As part of our regional expansion in our Consumer Products vertical, Veeva is currently looking for a Solution Consultant who has a passion for helping our customers in the Consumer Goods, and Food & Beverage industries, achieve their business vision for excellence in Quality and Regulatory Management.
This remote role involves in-office collaboration of working with others based in the Singapore office at least 2 days/week.
Your contribution will be critical in developing a technical sales strategy to support the Veeva Consumer Products team, as we focus on growing our market share in these new industries.

**What You’ll Do**:
- Identify customer’s challenges and objectives and demonstrate solutions that address these requirements and bring business value to the organization.
- Communicate product knowledge and industry expertise to customers.
- Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle for all product
- and technology-related inquiries.
- Assist the sales support team to prepare compelling, professional content for RFP (Request for Proposal) and RFI (Request for Information) responses for prospective clients.
- Support marketing initiatives and represent the company at key events, including public speaking and presentations
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years working for a SaaS Enterprise Software company, in a Solution Consulting or equivalent position (Pre-sales/Sales Engineering) but this could also be in a related role such as Customer Success/Managed Services
- Experience in or working with Quality Management and/or Regulatory Management functions at Fast Moving Consumer Goods/Food & Beverage companies, so you’re able to understand the complex business processes that our customers operate
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients and prospects is a must - particularly in the area of solution functionality
- Ability to be self-reliant, and able to work remotely or in a hybrid mode, often with mínimal input from others in the team, and able to manage & prioritize complex tasks across a number of customers & prospects
- Assist our Services team with putting together a comprehensive project proposal including estimates, methodology, and best practices, so some experience in this area would be a plus
- Deal with customers and prospects right across the Asia region, so you would ideally be highly proficient in spoken and written Chinese, as well as English
- Have the ability to travel 25% to 40% for engagements with customers & prospects
**Nice to Have**:
- Direct hands-on product experience with systems such as Veeva Vault, ETQ Reliance, Sparta TrackWise, OpenText, SharePoint, Documentum D2, FirstDoc FirstPoint, NextDocs, UL ComplianceWire, and other quality information management or content management systems
- Understanding of global quality requirements, compliance considerations and processes for Quality process and content management, Consumer Products/FMCG/Food & Beverage, and/or computer systems validation
- Experience working with large, multi-national customers across the Australia/NZ, South-East Asia & China regions
- Customer-facing consulting or project experience
