UX Designer

We are looking for a **UX Designer **to be part of the User Experience Design team to craft great user experiences with a human-centered design approach. As an advocate for users, you will work closely with various stakeholders such as product managers, engineers, and business representatives, to deliver product features from conception to launch.

As a **UX Designer**,you should demonstrate knowledge of digital product design principles and heuristics; and contribute independently from a User Experience perspective. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Performing user research
- Creating UX/UI artifacts such as flow diagrams and wireframes to facilitate discussion with stakeholders to craft Product Requirements
- Create design solutions that take into consideration the existing product features and future product roadmap
- Preparing design assets for handover to the Engineering team
- Reviewing design implementation in test and production environments

As a **UX Designer**, you would have the following traits:

- At least 2-4 years of working experience in digital product development
- Ability to create design deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, and visual design; and articulate design rationale
- Familiarity with the human-centered design approach
- Proficiency with Figma/Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite apps
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and prototyping
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
