**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the creation of the Annual and Sustainability Reports.
- Monitor and report on the company’s sustainability performance, ensuring alignment with regulatory and industry standards.
- Engage with ESG analysts, rating agencies, and manage disclosures.
- Develop and produce investor relations materials such as press releases, presentations, and website content.
- Plan and execute key investor events, including AGMs and conferences.
- Prepare scripts and FAQs for senior management ahead of important events.
- Conduct daily news scans and provide market updates.
- Maintain and upload company announcements to the website.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Sustainability, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, including investor relations or corporate communications.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and sustainability/finance is a plus.
- Resourceful, analytical, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
