**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Assessment and Examination**:

- Work with the assessments team to guide the creation of the latest assessment patterns for IGCSE students.
- Provide detailed feedback on the learning platform's experience and quality to help students improve.

**Content Development**:

- Collaborate with the Tutopiya content team to develop and upgrade IGCSE learning materials.
- Ensure all content aligns with the latest Cambridge IGCSE curriculum standards.
- Guide the team on creating comprehensive lesson plans, practice tests, and study guides.
- Improve the content from an IGCSE Examination Preparation Perspective to give students & tutors the best IGCSE Content for Exam Preparation.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency in assessment and content development.
- Review and update existing content to ensure it remains current and relevant.

**Professional Development**:

- Conduct training sessions for staff and freelance Tutopiya tutors, sharing experiences and training on the latest changes in the IGCSE syllabus.
- Share expertise and knowledge with other team members to foster a collaborative learning environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Strong initiative and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to adopt innovative teaching methodologies and technologies.
- Experience in mentoring and supervising students.
