- Working Hours: 6 days, rotating shift (10am - 9pm/ 12.30am - 11.30pm)
- Salary Package**:Up to $6,000 + Bonus**:

- Duration: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for outlet operations, both in the service and kitchen systems
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Manage restaurant P&L to optimize man profit, monitor, and control operational costs, cost of goods, labour, and other controllable expenses.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times and the ability to handle feedback.
- Lead and train team members to achieve guest satisfaction, operation efficiency, and productivity.
- Manage and oversee all storage supplies for the restaurant to ensure smooth operation.
- Monitor inventory to ensure that resources are used effectively and minimize wastage.
- Ensure compliance to Company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as well as the cleanliness and sanitation at work areas.
- Make sure that the restaurant attains every form of licensing requirement, like liquor licenses, and quickly attend to repairs that have to be made within the restaurant.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company.

- Diploma in Food and Beverage Management preferred
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the F&B industry.
- Able to lead, train and manage a team.
- Able to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
