We are seeking a skilled and innovative Modern Work + Security Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of SaaS services, mainly M365. You will work closely with our team to ensure our clients’ Microsoft environments are secure, scalable, reliable, and cost effective based on their requirements.

**Cloud Solutions Specialist - Microsoft Azure track**:
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Azure Cloud Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud infrastructures hosted on Microsoft Azure. You will work closely with our team to ensure our clients’ Azure environments are secure, scalable, reliable, and cost effective based on their requirements.

**Senior/Junior Cloud Solutions Specialist - Microsoft 365 track**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with clients to assess business needs and map M365 and security solutions to organizational goals.
- Design, implement, and support solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies:

- Exchange Online
- Microsoft Teams
- SharePoint Online
- OneDrive for Business
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
- Microsoft Intune (for endpoint management and compliance)
- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
- Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps
- Microsoft Defender for Cloud
- Microsoft Purview
- Lead migrations and deployments from legacy or on-prem systems to M365 cloud services.
- Configure and manage compliance, security policies, and governance using Microsoft Purview and Defender Suite.
- Implement and monitor conditional access, endpoint protection, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
- Automate tasks and processes with PowerShell or Graph API where needed.
- Provide training, documentation, and post-deployment support.
- Stay current with Microsoft 365 roadmap updates and industry best practices.

**Key Requirement**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 technologies in a consulting or enterprise environment.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for endpoint configuration, compliance, and device management.
- Strong working knowledge of:

- Microsoft Defender (XDR) (e.g., Endpoint/ Cloud Apps/ Identities, Office 365)
- Solid understanding of identity and access management (Microsoft Entra ID), MFA, and Conditional Access.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, SC-300, MD-102, MS-500) are highly desirable.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience working in hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture principles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Security and Compliance Center.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

**Senior/Junior Cloud Solutions Specialist - Microsoft Azure track**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, deploy, and optimize robust, scalable, and secure cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure platform (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Implement and optimize core Azure services, including Virtual Machines, App Services, Virtual Networks, Azure Firewall, Storage Accounts, Azure SQL Database, Azure Kubernetes Service, etc.
- Implement and manage Azure security best practices, including network security groups, Azure Policy, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and identity management using Entra ID.
- Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or other scripting languages.
- Implement and optimize backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions within Azure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Azure infrastructure and services.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the migration of on-premises or other cloud workloads to Azure.
- Document configurations, processes, and procedures.

**Key Requirement**
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience working as a Cloud Engineer or System Administrator with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good command of English is a prerequisite. Mandarin is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as AZ-104: Azure Administrator Associate, and AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions are preferred.
