Product Associate

As one of our first Product Analyst hires here, you will be reporting to our Product Director. The Product Associate will work to gather detailed requirements from multiple internal and external stakeholders and varying sized customer environments. You will be required to document the detailed technical specifications for changes and enhancements to the product, and be able to communicate the requirements well with team members. **Quick Learner and Detector** - Study our internal systems and product landscape - Research market trends and benchmark the similar products - Understand the product modules, features and user journey deeply - Able to find the opportunities for product enhancements - Capture customer and market needs for product roadmap evolvement **Excellent Documentation Author** - Translate business requirements to detailed product requirements with fluency to development teams. - Professional write-up on product documentation, memo, slide deck and other docs - Organize and maintain documentation in easy-accessible and traceable manner **Outstanding Analyst and Information Organizer** - Provide insight/analysis to customer usage, user behaviour based on data - Provide advice to usage stories, workflow and UIUX enhancements. - Able to iron out the noise and grab the instructive and critical information - Able and willing to give up inaccurate analysis and swiftly switch to more accurate one. **Effective Communicator and Supporter** - Communicate technical analysis and product requirements concisely and precisely with stakeholders - Address issues and concern in straight way and able to suggest the solution - Support PM to drive the team in product realization effectively and track the progress aggressively **What we need from you**: - At least 3 years of product management/project management experience ideally from digital products - Strong strategic agility, highly analytical, technical savviness and business acumen - Strong communication skills in writing and speaking - Open minded to all kinds of thoughts and ideas, sensitive to data and change - Leadership on driving the things to happen and stick to the goal **About Hubble**: Hubble is a leading technology company focusing on the construction and engineering industry.
