**About RubberWay
RubberWay is a young start-up with a mission to improve supply chain transparency in the natural rubber industry. The project was first launched in 2016 by the tire manufacturer Michelin and became a standalone company incorporated in Singapore in 2020. Now, the shareholding structure is composed of both Michelin and Continental, serving major corporate clients such as Goodyear, Sumitomo, and Pirelli.

RubberWay’s first tool is a risk-mapping solution designed to help natural rubber processors identify social and environmental risks in their upstream supply chains. The solution comprises a data visualization dashboard that allows processors to monitor their risk-mapping progress and visualize their risk data.

The RubberWay team is looking for a Data Visualization Intern to implement improvements to the dashboard and support other ongoing operational tasks within the company. The intern will report to the Head of Operations and work in close collaboration with the Engagement Manager.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Redevelopment of current Power BI dashboard: Improving layout of existing dashboard pages, designing and implementing new dashboard features and graphs to provide better data insights for users.
- Adjustments to RubberWay website: Updating of figures, addition of new tabs.
- Assist in updating of questionnaire dataset: Language translation of questionnaires, implementation of new questionnaire version.
- Provide support in other daily operations where required.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing, Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Environmental Sciences or related fields.
- Proficiency in data management and analytics in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with data visualization. Knowledge of PowerBI is preferable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and creative, able to propose new ideas.
- Able to effectively handle multiple ongoing tasks.
- Interest in social and environmental sustainability.
- Experience with WordPress is an advantage.
