We advocate career development as important as personal growth.** **We believe never stop learning, never stop improving.** **Constantly upgrade of skills and inculcating lifelong learning.** **Responsibilities include**: - Reporting to the Communication and Marketing Lead - Develop relationships with new and existing customers in the area - Partner with customers to drive mutually beneficial outcomes on all levels - from strategic business and account planning to in-store promotional execution - Developing a social media strategy, with a focus on growth and engagement - Content creation - Management of social media accounts and company EDMs - Planning and production of point-of-sale and sales material - Build successful relationships that generate sales opportunities - Proactively identify potential new business leads whilst also building and strengthening relationships with new and existing customers - Meet all required sales targets. **About you**: - Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Management, Business, Public Relationship, Sales - Good understanding of the digital marketing landscape and a curiosity in exploring new opportunities - Creative and very result-driven - Ability to build strong and lasting customer relationships - Proven negotiation skills - "Can do" attitude and strong organization skills - Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail - Motivation and enthusiasm to achieve great business outcomes - Great team spirit **Your Benefits**: - Self-motivated and goal-oriented - Team-orientated working environment - Various opportunities for career advancement - A collaborative, fun environment - Walking distance to MRT **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate **Salary**: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month **Benefits**: - Professional development Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Commission pay - Performance bonus **Education**: - Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred) **Experience**: - Sales: 1 year (preferred)
